Refund policy

Our return policy at Scars and Stripes Coffee Company is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns must be in the original condition and packaging, unopened, and include proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original payment form. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

In the unlikely event that your coffee arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement with no extra costs.
