Cancellation policy

Thank you for being a customer of ours! We are sad to see you go, but understand that you may wish to cancel your subscription. If you decide to do so, please review our cancellation policy. 

  1. Upon cancellation, we will notify the Veteran that your subscription is associated with.
  2. Cancellations must be made before the beginning of the next billing period. 
  3. Cancellations cannot be made retroactively, and you will not receive a refund for already completed billing periods. 
  4. You may cancel online at any point by logging into your account for instructions. 
  5. If you cancel by phone or email, a cancellation request must be sent to our customer service representative at least 12 hours prior to the beginning of the new billing period. 
  6. If you are cancelling due to unsatisfactory product or customer service, please contact us to discuss further. 
  7. Refunds are not available for cancellation requests received after the subscription start date. 
  8. Once an account is cancelled, you can renew your subscription at any time.
